On the premises of BUNAY, there is a workshop licenced for application of top coatings on plastic parts with maximum dimensions of 600 x 600 x 150 mm and for high-quality screen printing.
The workshop has five operation chambers, a 55 m3 drying chamber, a Pro Mix 2KS two-component painting system, a manipulator for application of top coatings on parts with maximum dimensions of 120 x 80 mm.
Other equipment includes a semi-automatic machine for screen printing on parts with maximum dimensions of 300 x 180 mm, a tunnel dryer and manual screen printing for parts with maximum dimensions of 450 x 450 mm.
Positive pressure is maintained throughout the workshop, to ensure the quality of the processes.
