BUNAY SA has a Tooling Workshop, equipped with machines for repair of existing and manufacture of new mould tools.
We have 3-axes CNC milling machines – 800 x 500 x 300 mm and 1300 x 700 mm.
We continuously expand our metal processing capabilities.
After a spark erosion was added to the Tooling Workshop, we also installed a TIG deposit welding machine with the following capabilities:
- Minimal width of the welding seam: 0.4 – 0.6 mm;
- Minimal height of the welding seam: 0.3 mm;
- Minimal thickness of the processed base: 0.15 – 0.20 mm for steel;
Repairing by deposit welding of steel, aluminium and copper parts.
The processed surfaces can be:
- Flat surfaces;
- Damaged or worn edges;
- Hole or channel bottoms with depth up to 6 mm and width 4 – 5 mm
Options for different hardness of the welding seam – from HRC42 to HRC60.
At BUNAY, we can also carry out preparatory work, and, if necessary – subsequent repairs.

- PP Copolymer / Homopolymer – 80 000 kg per year
