QC Laboratory

We control the quality of our production with the use of precision measurement equipment:

• DEA PIONEER 10.06 3-coordinate measuring machine with PC-DMIS software. This machine can be used for measuring of first samples, as well as for statistical control.
• TESA VISIO 300 GL DCC measuring microscope with TESA Reflex Vision software. This microscope can be used for measuring of first samples, as well as for measuring of high-volume production and for visualising of defects on the parts.
• Konica Minolta CM – 2600d portable spectrophotometer.
• Equipment for mechanical and thermal testing of plastics, as well as instruments for specific functional tests of the manufactured parts, according to customer’s requirements.
